Oli flew in from bkk & met us there, thank God that we could meet somehow safely without waiting for a long time. We flew Jetstar in, and arrived in Phuket around 9am, it was a good flight, maybe cause I slept throughout! :p
We had our own driver for the few days that we went out shopping or like if we needed airport transfers. This was also recommended by J's parents. hahahhaa, J's like a phuket resident... apparently she claims Phuket's her aunt's kingdom -.-
We had lunch @ Lotus & KO-ed for the rest of the first day even though we made plans to swim ahhahha. Food at Lotus was really good. Our first meal in Phuket! & also, the garlic was... suparrrrr good i just ate it non stop
We went shopping at Jungceylon on Friday! J & I had our facial at Hanako. It was so freakinnnnnngggg good I cant even explain it. Although the blackhead squeezing part was super painful, the massage and all the cream + facial massage + masks compromised for it. Besides, it was like super duper value for money. I pay more than this in sg for a not very comforting facial >_<
Priya & Oli walked around while waiting for us, ah such nice friends ^^ & then we had kebab for lunch. Gahhh smelt super good before we got our food, but aft that it was like just so so. Eat for the sake of eating & saving $
We walked over to the nail/hair/they do everything shop to get our nails done. We went to hunt for the cheapest option. There were shops who did it rlly cheap but then... they use weird polish brands. So we settled for that shop beside the supermarket & they used OPI! We did our medi/pedi sets for like 26$ Imo, its not vvvvv cheap, not vvv ex also. But the they didn't really know how to do it properly, like will paint out of the nail and all that, but nvm, it Thailand~ Priya did french for around 20$
Aft that, we headed to Sweet Lemongrass Massage. I think that's the shop's name. Well, we wanted to head to the one J always goes to when she's in Phuket but, the budget me thought that it was a little to ex. So we found that this was rated #1 on tripadvisor.com & so we went there! The hotel staff were really nice to place a booking for us & all :) We wanted to walk from Jungceylon but realized it was too far. Pheww... otherwise they'd have killed me before we could even reach the place. Our driver dropped us there & picked us up aft that too!!
I haven't rly done Thai Massage in Thailand before, only foot. But acc to J & Oli who had done them before said that this was rly good :) I guess it was, they'll really step and twist you body like stretching lessons 0.o & 3 of us kept laughing at each other because we were in weird positions.
We headed back to Junceylon to get groceries so that we can cook our own breakf in our room for the next few days! Im super amazed how cheap toiletries are there, if Oli didnt point it out I wouldn't have realised.
Dinner was at Paan Yah. The food was quite good. All of us were super amused by the lemon fish. J had it during her last trip but couldn't rmb what it was and then we all ordered this because it was the closest to 'lemongrass fish' ahhahaha. But it was super good, I dont usually eat fish but this fish didn't have the smelly fishy smell! & I had Phad Thai as usual ^^! Would say the one at Lotus is better, but slightly more ex than the one we had here. Oli's garlic mussel's were also super good. I love everything garlic, nomz.
While driving back, Oli & I had this durian craving & our rly nice driver brought us to get some. Noomnomnommmmmzzz

On Saturday, We headed to the Outlet Malls & the Night Market ^^! ^^! ^^! !!!!!!! SHOPPPPPINGGGG TIME. Hahahah, if you realised, the day before this was PAMPERING TIME :p
Managed to get a maxi there, wanted to get 2 but we were heading for the night market later so I decided to listen to them just in case there were better deals there. Also got shorts for like $5, for a shop that's supppper cheap.
Then we headed to the night market. I was busy shopping & carrying the shopping bags that I couldn't be bothered to take pictures. But its definitely worth the visit. Spent like $100+ buying so many things! Got high waisted shorts / tops / bags / braclets / slippers / sandals / shades. After the night market, still felt a little sad I didn't get the maxi. But oh well, I got pretty good buys :D
Street food was really awesome. We all had street food except J cause she'll always get an upset tummy after consuming such food. But I guess be brave to try street food & be discerning as well. We usually get those which are just cooked, liked warm food and those that look clean.
Oli bought this thing for us to share. It was super super nice. The white stuff is like melted marshmallows and the base was something like crispy thin pancakes. Oh goshhh, it was just heavenly.
Went back to the hotel and had a superrrbbb time in the bathtub. Warm water + me ^^v
The next 2 days were just chilling days. Hahhha, we went to the beach and the pool & we also got a little bored and decided to take a never ending walk to the neighbourhood night market on Sunday night.
That kinda sums up the whole Phuket trip. Thailand's wayyy too beautiful. I think that we've been really blessed & kept safe during the trip because during that period when we were there, a tourist got shot while getting robbed & an earthquake happened at the time we were all still sleeping and didn't notice anything. Very thankful! & Also thankful I got to know J, Priya & Oli better. I finally know how annoying & weird J is & how Priya can really be an idiot sometimes. & How Oli tries to tackle waves with me is just too epic, oh & we collected seashells tgth. It was a great trip nonetheless. Really want to go back to Phuket again & someday also visit bkk :)
